Nineteen years at one of Chianti Classico's most acclaimed small hotels. From co-shaping the opening identity and founding the direct-booking model, through full operational and commercial management, to serving as Managing Director. Founded and grew the Chianti Cooking School brand. Delivered two consecutive all-time revenue records.

Post-acquisition rebrand for a historic 16th-century Chianti country house: photography, website, digital marketing, and software adoption.

A bilingual English–German guide to Chianti Classico — wineries, restaurants, hotels and itineraries — written, designed and published independently. A working example of the local content that helps a property get found before a guest even knows its name.
