Operational modernisation, website overhaul, and front and back-office training for a boutique alpine hotel transitioning from traditional family management to a professional model.
A historic family hotel in Lech, in the middle of a handover: the management was passing, step by step, to an architect with no previous experience of hotels or restaurants. I worked closely with her, and with her husband, a photographer, to redefine the identity of the house.
A new website was made, showcasing much of the photography the family had taken and collected over the years.
I presented a sales plan that included, among other things, a system for winning bookings back from the OTAs and a review of the booking terms. Above all, a great deal of specific knowledge was handed over, to give them a running start in the hotel business.
