Who I am
I'm Ricardo Lourenço — born in Porto, educated in Paris, London, and Florence, and based in Tuscany for over twenty years. I don't advise from a distance or arrive with a generic framework. I've managed the thing I'm now asked to advise on, at every level.
From opening day to Managing Director. The full arc of a boutique property: concept, crisis, growth, and record performance. There is very little in small luxury hospitality I haven't managed directly.
85% direct bookings. 1.7% commission impact on gross room revenue. Restaurant food cost at a record-low 18%. Two consecutive all-time revenue highs. These are not estimates — they are results from a real property with auditable numbers.
Boutique hotels, agriturismo, wineries, restaurants. The kind of places where the owner has a genuine vision and needs a partner who can make it commercial — without making it ordinary.
Get in touch
Every property is different. The first conversation is simply about understanding yours — where it is, where it could be, and whether there's a genuine fit. No obligation, no pitch deck.
“The first conversation costs nothing and tends to be revealing — for both of us.”
