What data this site collects

This website does not use cookies, and it uses no advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking technologies. It does not contain any contact form.

To understand which pages are read, the site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies, without storing anything on your device and without identifying or following individual visitors.

All fonts are served from this website itself. No request is made to Google Fonts or any similar service during your visit, and the site contains no embedded maps, videos or social media widgets.

When you contact us

If you choose to contact us by email or phone — details shown on this page — you are initiating communication voluntarily. Any personal data you include in that communication (your name, email address, enquiry details) will be used solely to respond to your message. We do not add you to any mailing list, share your data with third parties, or retain it beyond what is necessary to handle your enquiry.

Emails are received in a mailbox hosted by Aruba S.p.A., in Italy. The legal basis for this processing is the handling of your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, otherwise, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). To deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. These data are used only for delivery, security and diagnostics, never for profiling or marketing, and are kept for a limited period under Cloudflare’s own policies.

Cloudflare acts as data processor. It is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and its data processing addendum includes the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you; to object to or restrict processing; to data portability; and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
