Who I am

A career built
inside the work.

I'm Ricardo Lourenço — born in Porto, educated in Paris, London, and Florence, and based in Tuscany for over twenty years. I don't advise from a distance or arrive with a generic framework. I've managed the thing I'm now asked to advise on, at every level.

My career was built at Villa Bordoni, a twelve-room property in the heart of Chianti Classico that I joined before it opened. Over nineteen years I moved from founding its direct-booking model and shaping its early identity, through eleven years as Sales & Marketing Manager, to serving as Managing Director — achieving all-time revenue records in each of my final two seasons.

Through Bespoke216, I bring that same precision and commitment to independent properties that want to close the gap between what they are and what they could be. Boutique hotels, agriturismo, wineries, and restaurants — properties with a story worth telling and the ambition to tell it properly.
